Behavioral Modification for Solopreneur

Everyone in this industry is suffering from this classic disease. Unproductive. Procrastination, you name it. Well, I had this disease too. I was struggling to combat and cure them.

This is how I do it. I call it my morning blueprint. It’s kind of behavioral modification process.

This is how I start my day. I wake up in the morning. Check my mini-white board to-do list.

You’re developing a bad habit!

I get a timer and put it in time block. I will assign 30 minutes per task.

 

Once I am done with all the works and will tick off my to-do list.

It’s a great way to feel the sense of accomplishment under my skin.

In short, these are the things you need to start your behavioral modification process:

 

  1. To do list
  2. Timer ( 30 minutes per task )
  3. Marker pen to tick off your tasks list.
